Вышел патч 1.10 для PES2009.
Нашел только вот такую информацию :

Тобишь,исправляет проблемму с разрешением экрана.
Установка:
Качаем (
зеркало)
Устанавливаем
Заменяем .ехе файл из папки \ViTALiTY
Не забываем забекапить сейвы.
